First of all, it arrived in neat packaging. But I can't say anything because it hasn't been used yet, but one slide rail doesn't seem to work well. It's before use, so I don't know exactly. I like this a lot. My seat was torn and spring was almost sticking out. After installing i realized how uncomfortable my seat used to be. It fits okay, not perfect but still extremely satisfied with it
